Our empire lampshades are a timeless classic — gently tapered, wider at the base and narrower at the top, creating a beautifully soft, even light that suits every corner of the home. This traditional shape shade has been reimagined through our contemporary lino‑print fabrics, each one designed, carved and developed in our Norfolk studio.

Every shade is handmade to order using our signature cotton‑linen fabric, chosen for its natural texture and the way it diffuses light with warmth and clarity. With a range of sizes and colourways available, our empire collection is designed to work effortlessly across both classic and modern interiors — from cosy bedside tables to statement floor lamps and elegant hallway consoles.

All empire shades are fitted with a duplex ring, a traditional British fitting that ensures a perfectly balanced shape. Each shade comes with the correct carrier included, so it’s ready to place on your lamp base as soon as it arrives.
