Our Story As A Home Decor Designer

Zia Living began in the heart of Norfolk. What started as a small creative endeavour has grown into a flourishing studio brand, beloved across the UK and beyond for its fresh and colourful prints and handcrafted quality.

With a creative passion for interiors and interest in art led her to develop a range of fabric from bright, bold patterns to subtle tones that are inspired by our striking coastline, native plants and flowers, and the everyday beauty of the things we love.


Every design begins as a hand drawn sketch, then hand carved and lino printed before using modern techniques to create fabulous patterns. These techniques allow us to customise our fabrics to suit your favourite colours to complement your home or interiors project perfectly. We partner with expert makers who print, stitch and assemble each piece to our high quality standards.
