The Story Behind Our Prints


Every ZIA LIVING fabric begins with a hand‑carved lino print — whether inspired by a leaf, a tide line, or a simple carved mark that forms a geometric repeat. These prints are developed into patterns that reflect the shapes and textures found across the Norfolk landscape.

From nature‑led motifs to structured geometrics, each design retains the definition and texture of the original lino carving or artwork.



Our Colour Palette


Our palette is intentionally curated: soft greens, warm neutrals, coastal blues, gentle pinks, earthy browns and fresh, vibrant tones.

Every colour is created to layer easily throughout your home, whether used in a single piece or a full room design.

We offer a custom colour service, allowing you to order any of our patterns in a bespoke hue from our extended palette. Whether you’re matching a paint colour, working to a fabric swatch, or building a full room scheme, we can develop a shade that sits perfectly within your project.

How To Order

  • UK Delivery

    Made‑to‑order cushions and lampshades are handmade in our Norfolk studio; please allow 21 days for delivery.
    Fabric by the metre is printed to order and dispatched within 14 days.
    Blinds, curtains and headboards have a lead time of 10 weeks — please contact us for the latest delivery timescales.
    All other items are dispatched within 2–4 days, with delivery taking up to 6 working days.

    Standard UK delivery — £4.95
    Fabric 1–5m (folded) — £7.50
    Lampshades up to 50cm — £7.50
    Blinds & Curtains — £10.00
    Fabric 5m+ — £25.00 per roll
